About K-Youth

  • K-Youth is a youth employability initiative by Khazanah Nasional Berhad (Khazanah) which aims to develop Malaysia’s future talents.
  • The programme is designed to equip youth with commercially useful skills and work experience to enhance their employability.
  • Khazanah remains committed to supporting our nation’s youth employability, aligned with the aspirations of Malaysia MADANI and towards achieving our Advancing Malaysia strategy in partnership with Aisling as a Programme Partner.
  • It’s Khazanah’s intention to collaborate with UiTM with a subsidy for employability initiatives intended for students via career centre support and a workforce readiness development programme for students prior to their graduation in partnership with Aisling.

About Us

Aisling is a Malaysian-grown Talent Solutions company that provides comprehensive human capital solutions within Malaysia. Aisling supports organisations in acquiring and developing talent as well as serving the talent space in areas of employability and professional development.

UiTM and Aisling Collaboration

In 2023, UiTM and Aisling initiated an MOU with Aisling being appointed as a Programme Partner with Khazanah Nasional Berhad (Khazanah) to represent the K-Youth Programme within UiTM. We believe that the K-Youth Programme will equip the youth within UiTM with commercially useful skills and work experience to enhance their employability upon entering the job market.

Programme Brief

Development engagement with UiTM students for 2 years.

Exposure to develop 'Workforce Ready Competencies' with 'Technical Exposure' with companies.

28 days (199 hours) of training sessions with monthly engagement initiatives per year, integrated in the academic year to ensure effective participation.

Sessions will be conducted virtually and remotely via our Learning Management System (LMS).

Student Selection Criteria

Open to Malaysian penultimate (second year) and final year UiTM undergraduate students.

Possesses strong interest towards learning, personal improvement and intent on being employed immediately upon graduation.

Committed to adhere to learning schedule and ready to take initiative to maximize self-development.
